Jewish Gen Mall recently offered a collection of Nazi prisoner records concerning some of the inmates of Dachau concentration camp.

Into that Dark Night Nazi Germany and the Jews, 1933-1939 (The University of North Carolina Press and Yad Vashem).

Microfilm Documents

National Archives and Records Administration (USA) sells a number of its holdings on microfilm for USD$34.00 (within the US) and USD$39.00 (overseas) per roll. 

Series One: Archives of the Wiener Library collection: Testaments to the Holocaust (66 rolls of microfilm) is available from Primary Source Media (UK). (Scroll down to General History). The set is expensive, retailing for £5,440.00.
